Service On September 30 I came to change my oil change and my rotated tires and see if there was a noise in the front end but it was a cooling fan assembly th On September 30 I came to change my oil change and my rotated tires and see if there was a noise in the front end but it was a cooling fan assembly they change the oil good they rotated my tires good they check the cooling fan assemblies it’s OK they did everything right like I said but they did not inspect the car right at all and I’m very disappointed I was driving with no antifreeze in the car and no winter washer fluid at all so I had to go to the store and put any freeze in and I’m surprise because the first time it happened and I didn’t receive no paper did the car was inspected with the red dots or the black dots I only got the two piece of paper that they did they did to work on so this better not happen again and thank God I checked but I checked when I left. Disappointing Before arriving we let the sales team know we were driving from Indianapolis IN to purchase the Murano listed. We let them know we didn’t want a run a Before arriving we let the sales team know we were driving from Indianapolis IN to purchase the Murano listed. We let them know we didn’t want a run around on my trade in(2012 Altima) which had low mileage and was a well taken care of car. We had done our research and wanted this to be quick and painless. I hate buying new/used cars because of the “let me see what I can do” back and forth process. Steven took us out for a ride while Sam Alfano took a look at my trade in. We got back and sat down with Sam who started with hard core Salesman pitch. First big mistake. He informed us that dealerships today don’t make money on the sale but on the service of a vehicle. Well that’s hard to believe with a dozen men and women working as sales people the day we were there. Sam the used car guy was playing the game and I was not happy. Next he tells me my car is only worth wholesale of $1,500.00. Well what an insult and I told him as much. Anyone can look at my car and see it’s worth at least 8-10k. I asked for my keys so I could return home (3hour drive) without the purchase of the Murano. He comes back with an increase price for my car of $4,000. I was beyond annoyed at this lowball number so I took my keys and we got in my Altima to head back to Indy that is when Shane came to our car and asked what it would take to get us to make a deal. I told him I would take nothing less than $6,000.00 he agreed and we went back and bought my new Murano. They now are asking 10k for my Altima. which is fine with me but the process with Sam was uncalled for. Watch out he will take full advantage of you. Do your homework in what you trade and what you buy before working with this sales team. I would not recommend them. I am guessing if your driving 3plus hours to buy a car you would be taken serious and treated with respect. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of a women and I was not going to settle. In the end I got what I wanted but ONLY because I did my research. PS I was offered all weather floor mats. They were out so let see if they ship them to me like promised More
