I wasn’t very happy with the service I dropped off the car around 8:00 for a oil change and 2 other issues. Four hours later I called to see what was wrong, I was given no explanation bes I dropped off the car around 8:00 for a oil change and 2 other issues. Four hours later I called to see what was wrong, I was given no explanation besides it wasn’t looked at yet because there were only 2 of the service men available who can diagnose the problem. I called a couple times in between and was given the same explanation. I was offered a loaner and I did not want one because I was driving out of state and didn’t want to use the loaner for that. Approximately eight hours later I was finally called and was told there was a issue with the car and they had to keep it over night. I’m sorry to say but Carlos was not very nice when answering my questions and was more like this is how it is so deal with it. I was also told by my daughter that when she went to pick up the car the next morning and it still wasn’t ready, he had a attitude with her. I just felt that it took almost 8 hours to be told what was wrong was a little ridiculous. More

Bad Service On my last visit my windshield washer fluid was working. The following day it rained I went to use the fluid.
