Exceptional experience After having a poor experience trying to purchase a 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum last week from Nissan Dealer in Naperville. A friend recommended visi After having a poor experience trying to purchase a 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum last week from Nissan Dealer in Naperville. A friend recommended visiting Al Piemonte in Melrose Park where he had a great experience. Although it was a little longer drive I’m glad we took his advise. I met with Jim Duvas, General Manager and explained what happen at the other dealer. He was extremely professional, listen and apologize for the poor experience we had from a competing dealership. He personally assured us they will do everything they can to satisfying our expectation and answer all our questions. Within minutes they provided a great price with no gimmicks. It made me feel good someone still take pride in providing outstanding customer service. They were honest and did not play games. The price was extremely competitive and within a short period of time we drove out with our new Armada. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Al Piemonte Nissan for you next purchase.
