The service consultant's name is Oscar. I took my vehicle in on Friday afternoon, due to a light on my dashboard. A few days ago I am taking my vehicle in for a recall for the ABS, and all of a sudde vehicle in on Friday afternoon, due to a light on my dashboard. A few days ago I am taking my vehicle in for a recall for the ABS, and all of a sudden a day later this light came on. I was told by ask her that my vehicle should be ready by Saturday morning and then he would call me by 10 AM to let me know. Saturday morning came and I never heard from him, I called him at 10 and I couldn't reach him I called back at 11 and I still couldn't reach him I left numerous messages until finally at 12 o'clock I was able to get a hold of him by calling again. Now I had previously told Oscar that I had to work Saturday afternoon. The whole time Oscar just kept giving me the runaround that my vehicle would be ready and I kept calling him finally at about 1 o'clock and he tells me that they're still finishing up my car but that it should be ready the time now is 1 :10pm and I have to be at work at 2 PM ask her told me that in 10 minutes the driver will be calling me to pick me up from my home 145 came and no car so I figured I just take an Uber . When I got there I'll ask her tummy was my drivers waiting for you I am formed him this was over 45 minutes ago now ask it was very rude and unprofessional. More
I like coming to Al Piemonte for service. The staff are polite and the work is completed in a good way. I do feel that the cost of my brake service was higher than I would have paid at my independent mecha polite and the work is completed in a good way.
