Al Serra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Needed an appt. for recall. Was put on hold twice. This was 3rd attempt because part was not available before. Part is available now but service writer would not tell me if they had it in stock. All I want was 3rd attempt because part was not available before. Part is available now but service writer would not tell me if they had it in stock. All I wanted to do was make sure the part was there before wasting my time and theirs bringing it in. Was told they would have to do an hour inspection to determine if it needed said part. I told him that I tried to get recall taken care of twice already but was told the part needed to complete recall was not available the first time and not in stock the second time. Just tell me if you have part in stock -if not I will schedule for when it is in. I got upset called another dealership. First thing they did was see if part was in stock and then made my appt. was really that simple. I stopped buying and having cars serviced at Al Serra dealerships years ago and now I remember why. -No customer service - makes customer feel like they don't know what they are talking about when I am reading it directly from recall letter. Terrible customer service as usual. More

Being that my family and I are from Chicago and that Grand Blanc is a 4 hour drive, they really worked hard to sell us the truck of our dream a deal. They did everything perfectly through phone and email, and even offered to deliver the truck to us. We declined and drove up there just to shake hands and tell them in person how wonderful it was dealing wtih them. The Auto Plaza was HUGE and the people in it were extremely friendly. I would recommend (and am pushing my family hard) to buy a car from these guys. They have made a lifelong customer out of me and my husband. Fair prices, GREAT service, Clean dealership. You cannot go wrong at Al Serra Auto Plaza!!! More
