I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Reggie was friendly and professional. I ran into some issues with getting my insurance coverage started and they were very patient and reassuring that I wasn't going to lose out on purchasing my vehicle. They stayed in touch and as soon as I got proof of coverage, they were able to get me in to finish up the paperwork and get me out the door with my minivan. I got a message from Reggie the next day, there was some service that they identified as needing done before the vehicle was purchased, but the service order hadn't been completed before I took the car home, so he wanted me to bring it back and they would fix it free of charge. That really showed me the honesty and integrity of this company because I had no idea about this issue and they could have just let me on my way none the wiser. They even came to drop my vehicle off at my work once the work was complete. Best buying process I've ever had, and I will definitely be returning for service and the next time I'm in the market for another car.

My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.
