2012 Ford Focus SE Not treat me fairly. Two years ago....I had transmission problem. It was a recall for transmission module. First time I came.....They did not get a Not treat me fairly. Two years ago....I had transmission problem. It was a recall for transmission module. First time I came.....They did not get a notice of transmission recall. I showed them a copy of the recall. A week later after they thought they fixed the problem. Transmission was not done correctly. They fixed again but did not tell me I will have transmission problem in 2 years. Well now I had problem. They charged me $119.00 plus taxes $127.00 just for test driving to find out what was the problem. Well 2 years ago I did not have to pay anything but they did test drive it. More
