We came in to look at a used truck, it was not what we wanted. The salesman listened to what we were looking for, and said he would give me a call. They charge $561. 00 for etch on your car. They told me they all ready put it on so they had to charge that much. They do this on all used cars so add $600 to price the 00 for etch on your car. They also were telling me the price of the car was $13,900 when the previous day they lowered it to $13,500 in their ad. They also charged the state max for processing fee of $250.00. Beware More

I only go to Al Spitzer Ford for ALL of my vehicles service work. From the initial write up at the service desk to the necessary maintenance ... to go anywhere else would simply be a mistake.
