Great Sales and Finance People! I didn't "need" another vehicle and was just looking. Mike was great! No pressure whatsoever from Mike. I was looking at a used truck. I wanted to I didn't "need" another vehicle and was just looking. Mike was great! No pressure whatsoever from Mike. I was looking at a used truck. I wanted to take it to a mechanic and Mike flexed his schedule to go with me. We had great conversation the entire test drive and never once did he pressure me to make up my mind about the truck. He is one of the reasons that I bought the truck that same day. He made me feel like I was his only priority and talked to me like we were friends. A very comfortable atmosphere. Brian Johnson was just as helpful as Mike when it came to understanding the finance aspect of my purchase. Took the time to explain everything to me and took the time to explore the options to get me the best finance rate available. There was only one issue I encountered and that was with the dealership NOT Mike. As I said he was great. It was after all the negotiating was done for my trade, the financing set and I was in my new used vehicle getting ready to head home. I looked down and saw that there was only a quarter of a tank of gas. I don't want to seem ungrateful but I am used to when you buy a car that the tank is full when you go to drive it off the lot. So I went inside and asked about it. I was told that because I bought a Used vehicle a full tank of gas was NOT included. Keep in mind that the vehicle I bought was just as expensive or more than some of the new cars on the lot. Disappointed. After all, the dealership didn't think twice about putting Spitzer advertising on my vehicle (which I have since removed) . I would have given this entire experience a five star rating if were not for this one little lack of customer service. But because of the employees, Mike and Brian, I would recommend and return to this dealership. More
