Excellent Experience I came in to Al Spitzer Ford expecting the same stereotypical used car sales experience...I walked out having purchased the first used car I looked at I came in to Al Spitzer Ford expecting the same stereotypical used car sales experience...I walked out having purchased the first used car I looked at BECAUSE of the used car experience I had. I purchased my first hybrid vehicle and had MANY questions. The sales staff, especially Larry Johnston my sales contact, was as patient with me as could be while I researched if hybrid technology is for me. All of my questions were answered; some questions were unknown, but an answer was researched and given to me. Also, there was NO pressure to finance through the dealership, which I appreciated very much.
