Terrible department I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It broke down and had to be towed. I also purchased an extended warranty from them as well. I of course ha I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It broke down and had to be towed. I also purchased an extended warranty from them as well. I of course had it towed to them for repairs since that's where it came from and should be covered through. After 5 days of my vehicle being there, I revived not one phone call with updates. I called in and was told that it needed to be towed to a different dealership because they couldn't find the issue with it. This is a little ridiculous. I do not at all recommend this service center. More

Excellent Experience I came in to Al Spitzer Ford expecting the same stereotypical used car sales experience...I walked out having purchased the first used car I looked at I came in to Al Spitzer Ford expecting the same stereotypical used car sales experience...I walked out having purchased the first used car I looked at BECAUSE of the used car experience I had. I purchased my first hybrid vehicle and had MANY questions. The sales staff, especially Larry Johnston my sales contact, was as patient with me as could be while I researched if hybrid technology is for me. All of my questions were answered; some questions were unknown, but an answer was researched and given to me. Also, there was NO pressure to finance through the dealership, which I appreciated very much. I would not hesitate to purchase additional vehicles at Al Spitzer, nor hesitate to recommend them to all. Thank you. More
