Buyer be aware Total snake in the grass sales & service @ any Spitzer dealer !!! Nothing but lies & more lies.. The only time they stop is when they stop talking or Total snake in the grass sales & service @ any Spitzer dealer !!! Nothing but lies & more lies.. The only time they stop is when they stop talking or writing !!! Took delivery & problems started right off when we drove off the lot (door chimes started going off, alternator light started flashing & brakes started fading away) !!! They stated they would fix !!! Wrong, nothing buts lies !!! Never again !!! Now we are stuck with big payment & big bucks to fix !!! More

Great sales experience I called on a Wednesday morning and spoke with Shaun Heilman. I was inquiring about a 2016 Focus I saw online for a good price. He quickly confirmed t I called on a Wednesday morning and spoke with Shaun Heilman. I was inquiring about a 2016 Focus I saw online for a good price. He quickly confirmed that the price I saw online is the price I would pay in the store. I drove up there and met with him that morning. Test drove the vehicle and he told me about an additional $500 discount for being a recent college grad. I left that morning knowing exactly what the out-the-door price would be with taxes, doc fees, etc. I was not pressured at all. I had the time to think it over and decided to buy the next morning. To make things even easier for me, Shaun picked me up from my house to take me to the dealership since I was by myself and didn't want to figure out how to transport 2 vehicles back to my home. Awesome experience overall. There is nothing that I would change. He did a great job and I'll definitely buy from Spitzer and Shaun again in the future. Thanks, Shaun! More

I was looking for a new F 150 ecoboost and Shaun helped me out. He searched all over the state for what I was looking for, in thte color I wanted but was unable to find it. Shaun was our salesperson from day 1. My husband would stop in there 2 or 3 times a month.
