I went to this dealership with my friend who wanted to purchase a 2005 Ford Escape she had seen advertised on the website. The person she was supposed to deal with "Tim" wasn't there so she got "Wayne." I purchase a 2005 Ford Escape she had seen advertised on the website. The person she was supposed to deal with "Tim" wasn't there so she got "Wayne." I wish I could give a rating lower than 1 on customer service, because from start to finish, Wayne treated us like we didn't know what we were doing. He talked down to us and tried to rush us into signing the papers that would legally bind us to buy the car. When it came down to the number-crunching, Wayne insisted everything would be worked out when we went into the financing office. Instead of just taking his word for it, my friend crunched her own numbers and realized the actual out the door price was more than Wayne had led us to believe. He then made fun of her (knowing she works at a bank) by asking sarcastically, "what is it you do at the bank, exactly?" She said she wanted it lowered to what he had told us earlier, and he started walking away like he was going to talk to his supervisor or something. Literally, we were still talking to him trying to ask questions when he just walked away from us. When we told him we wanted to leave, he said "I'd hate to sell the car out from under you." Overall, a terrible experience with condescending salesmen. More
We bought a 2005 Wrangler used. It was 32000 miles on it, and they were offering a fair price. This all sounds great, but here is where the trouble starts. The first problem comes when we tell them there is and they were offering a fair price. This all sounds great, but here is where the trouble starts. The first problem comes when we tell them there is a squeeking in the wheel well. They "fixed it," but it's still there today. Second problem, when it was time to remove the hard top, and put on the soft top...many peices were missing. They advertised a Full Hard top, and a full soft top. We actually can't use our soft top, and the pieces cost about $368. The third problem is when we went to renew the plates. We walk into the license bureau, and give them our info. Our plates were still registered under our 2007 Toyota Camry that we just sold. They told us they would transfer everything over for us. Do you know how bad this would have been if we had been pulled over? We would have most likely been arrested. The fourth problem has been our title. We had to get a new title because they ignorantly messed the entire thing up. Luckily the license bureau took pity on us, and we didn't have to pay a fine. I will never shop there again. Terrible service, and they haven't cared about a single one of our problem. Just another car dealership.... More
We bought a 2007 Chrysler town & country van here a month ago that ws advertised on the dealers web site as an "LX" model- we were even given the carfax on the van at the dealers that stated it was an LX mod ago that ws advertised on the dealers web site as an "LX" model- we were even given the carfax on the van at the dealers that stated it was an LX model...a month later we find out that we have been actually sold a "Base" model- not the "LX" model we thought we bought even though it had the same VIN# as the one they advertised and sold us as a LX model that was supposed to have the ABS brakes we wanted- dealer says too bad- admits no false advertising or deception- still advertising 2 other similar vans they have in stock as "LX" models but they too are base models- a real rip off and clear deception and bait and switch- do not buy here you will never know what you are actually getting- clear fraud. Watch out for the "glass etching" they add in without your concent at closing for $200.00- another fraud and rip off- they slide it right in without you knowing it! More
