Empty promises We bought a used car from him (only two years old at the time) and the car only came with one key. I asked him if we could get another key and he said no problem call him in a couple days and he'll get something set up. No return phone calls. He was never available. Finally gave up. We thought maybe the guy was no longer working there. Not a big request I thought. It became apparent that once the sale was done, he was done with me. During the test drive, I asked him how he likes working for Spitzer. His reply was "It's a job." Should have known then. I have owned nothing but Fords my entire life. We have bought 3 cars from Spitzer Ford. Last year, just bought my daughter a car from Park Ford and was very satisfied with their customer service. More
