We just purchased a 2021 Nissan Versa!I asked Karen how much an extended warranty would cost,she said she had to ask management,after a day I called her back and her answer was they were such a good rate o much an extended warranty would cost,she said she had to ask management,after a day I called her back and her answer was they were such a good rate on the car they would just include it free of charge she said she could not do better than that I agreed!Upon the final signing for the sales agreement they have a charge over 3500 for the extended warranty!She said my spouse would get free oil changes for 4 years WRONG-SHE HAD LIED AGAIN!there was a charge of 386 for that service,and it only lasts to 40000 miles!Upon asking her about it later her she said well she didnt!If she didn't why did say anything!Only 1 explanation she is LIER trying to sell cars!We will never buy there again too many LIES!Victor Gonzalez and Paul Thrond!
