Kimberly, we apologize for not thoroughly discussing with you the difference between the two oils. With the coupon being only for synthetic, we assumed that was the oil that you expected to have put in your vehicle. You will have absolutely no issues with your vehicle due to the synthetic oil. With synthetic oil, you can actually go up to 5,000 miles or 5 months in between oil changes instead of the 3,750 miles or 3 months with conventional (regular) oil because it is a better material than the conventional oil. With the coupon, you were able to pay less for the better oil change option than you normally do for the conventional oil. We apologize for assuming you wanted synthetic oil and will most definitely make sure to go over it with you next time you visit. Crystal, We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry you are still unsatisfied by the owner, but are happy to hear you are impressed with our service department. The vehicle you purchased passed all inspections and safety standards before it was put on the lot for sale. Unfortunately, not all repairs in used cars can be anticipated and we fixed the carrier bearing for you after the sale. The tires that were on the vehicle at the time of sale passed inspection, but we gave you brand new tires at no charge as a gesture of goodwill. You were given many other options, including the option to reverse the deal. We are sorry you feel unsatisfied with the outcome of your purchase. In response to your post I was never offered the option to reverse the deal. We stated several times in the month of disagreing to give us our old car back and only asked that the two bad tires be replaced. The only offers that were given were we replace the tires or at one point lon would split the cost of tires at deal cost. These were yhe only options given to us. I am thankful for the new set of tires on my car, but yet again it took a month after the deal to get them replaced. Never once was the offer made to undo our deal even though right before tires were ordered and we demanded to undo our transaction or be paid for my current car, not a single person from Pat, David inservice, Mike in service, David Lee, David West or Lon himself stated that the transaction could be undone. With this being said I am sorry it has taken so much to get two tires replaced because the car had a wobble that wasn't noticed during test drive and was noticed after the deal was complete. Had we noticed during test drive we would have asked for it to be looked into to see what the cause was before completing transaction. This whole ordeal has taught me several new things for future trades.
