Sergio, my advisor, did an outstanding job communicating throughout the entire process and made sure everything was done correctly under his supervision. Everyone was so attentive as soon as I drove up to the service dept. I was greeted in a very timely manner. I was helped within minutes of pulling in. Pierce was my service advisor and kept me in the loop service dept. I was greeted in a very timely manner. I was helped within minutes of pulling in. Pierce was my service advisor and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. It was my first time here and I am glad I came. The courtesy drivers were very nice. I just wish I had cash or used the pay apps the drivers had so I could tip. I have services coming up soon so I will remember to bring cash. Being 15 minutes away from home and superb customer service is always win. I was going to where I bought the vehicle 45 minutes away just trying to stay loyal. I was never happy the three to four times I visited that location. So I decided I needed a change. I now have my new Toyota location!!! More
