My wife and I recently brought both of our vehicles in for routine maintenance, and Sergio made the entire experience outstanding from beginning to end. What impressed us most about Sergio was the way he treated us. He was personable, friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to our questions, explain the recommended maintenance, keep us informed about the progress of both vehicles, and make sure we were comfortable with everything being done. Sergio never made us feel rushed or like we were just another appointment on the schedule. He made us feel like valued customers. His communication was excellent, his attitude was positive, and he went above and beyond to make what could have been a routine—and sometimes stressful—service visit an easy and pleasant experience.
