I took my 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser in for Itz first oil change/maintenance check. I made the appointment online the day before. I got to the dealership 20 minutes early and they took me right away. My cont change/maintenance check. I made the appointment online the day before. I got to the dealership 20 minutes early and they took me right away. My contact there was Alexis and she was great! My weight was not very long at all. Once the maintenance check was completed. She came and got me and went over everything that was done to the vehicle with me. She asked if there was anything else they could do and I remembered that I had an issue if I would leave a grocery bag or anything on the backseat, I would get an alarm that would go off when I would try to lock the doors. It wanted me to check the backseat, which I understand if I had children, but I don’t. She helped me to get that alert taken care of, and I was very pleased with the turnaround time that this all took. The waiting area was clean and they did have a coffee machine and TVs. I most definitely will be going back! More

While waiting for routine maintenance on my Toyota, 3 staff members offered to bring me coffee or water. The waiting area had plenty of seating and also tables where I could work. My service light came on while on my way back from a camping trip in New Mexico. I pulled my 2023 Tacoma into the service department the morning I got back into town.
