Came from another Toyota dealer due to the last bad service experience over there. I had lost total confidence in Toyota for any future services and would not considering purchasing any Toyota vehicle service experience over there. I had lost total confidence in Toyota for any future services and would not considering purchasing any Toyota vehicle because of that last negative experience alone. Luckily, I decided to give another Toyota location an opportunity and was not disappointed after coming to Shottenkirk. They have easily exceeded my expectations. Received an oil change on first visit and replaced my tires on the second visit. Good vibes, great service, good communication, shorter and more precise wait times, much lower prices, and better overall experience. All Toyota personnel I have encountered there were friendly, professional and helpful. A shout out to Michael Nolte! Hands down one of the main reasons for my overall positive experience and review. Great service, great personnel, they go out of their way to take care of you. They drove my wife home after telling her they could take care of a recall part but would be 3 hours so drove her home.
