WARNING SIRENS GOING OFF NOW - I'm not the type of person to go around leaving bad reviews to most places but I'll make an exception for Shottenkirk Toyota in San Antonio. I'm sure there's some nice people t to go around leaving bad reviews to most places but I'll make an exception for Shottenkirk Toyota in San Antonio. I'm sure there's some nice people there like Bianca that I dealt with who got mixed up in a bad place to work but that doesn't take away from the fact that this place has unfortunately chosen the path of deceit and I want to expose them to the world to warn you. And it's not just my own experience, you can read other reviews online about the same situation. I spent over a day working with them and even planned to fly there the next day to buy a car. They had this car looking like it was so low in price. I found out that they do that on purpose to get the competitive edge and get you in the door and even LIE to CarGurus reporting a false amount of mandatory fees. It turns out that every single car that's on that lot has a MANDATORY, no-way-out-of-this VIP "package" that is not optional for the customer and is $3k-$4k. I'm not the only one that has this happen and you can see that online. This is their way of making them look competitive and get leads that they can try to manipulate and waste all the time and emotionally invest into the vehicle and then they try to slide that mandatory fee on top of it and say that it's completely impossible to back out of that. This is deception and you can find plenty of reviews online showing this. They also tack on another fee and call it mandatory called a paint package they said all vehicles were required to have that is in the hundreds of dollars but I talked to them out of that one yet I could never talk them out of the VIP package which gives them the ability to look cheap at the sticker price but then gives them the ability to get the high cut that they want. Also, you need to ask yourself at the current time why there are zero Google reviews showing up. Zero. They did something. Yes, it is that bad. You would think Toyota would not have any tolerance for this but it is absolutely disgraceful what they're doing. Truly a shame and I wish their parents knew what they were doing and could straighten them out. Absolutely shameful. At this point, I don't trust a single thing coming out of their mouth and I tend to be pretty trusting. It makes me want to be a investigative journalist or an attorney or something because this is criminal. They clearly LOVE your money so much and have proven they will lie and deceive to get their cut. The leadership here is THIRSTY for your money at any cost and will try to manipulate you for it (they don't care about you clearly, just about your money) and their salespeople under them will do anything to keep a job, even choosing to accept this role and its unethical work involved. It's a CHOICE for everyone to play this game to get the money. Bianca and Adrian were great to work with although their hands were tied and it was very clear they were being controlled by whoever this evil puppet master is of a director....but they also do choose to work for this kind of company too. I wish I could get the leaders' faces in front of a judge and an audience of a million people. But I really am going to warn the world and them all if they're even reading this, and those working in this really bad and unethical environment, that this life should be more than money and God is watching. Absolutely evil and heads are going to roll on Judgment Day (worse than that) but I want them to experience mercy of Christ!!!!!!!!!!!! So WAKE UP and quit worshiping money!!!!!!!!!!!! Believe and repent of this wickedness now, no excuses! You think this is a cash cow, a party, Shottenkirk?!?!?!?!? Wake up and smell repentance and life away from the love of money before it's too late. More

I just want to say thank you to Shottenkirk Toyota for taking such good care of me. They are extremely professional, and very dedicated to their customers even after the sale. My BZ4X had a recall once the part was available they did not waste any time in getting me in and getting my car fixed. The went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. I was leaving out of town and they drove me home and when my car was done they drove it to my house and parked it in my garage. That is what I.consider great service. I would like to thank Evelyn (no longer with Shottenkirk) for getting the ball rolling and especially Matt for taking such great care of me. I will be a Shottenkirk customer for life. More
