A part was ordered that I needed and I made the appointment to get it done the day after memorial day but then I asked if they could move it up and make it for today. Knowing it was last minute, I didn’t expect it to be worked on, but they said they could do it. My service guy was Michael and he was great! He gave me an estimated time and he did check on me midway through to let me know the status. The waiting area was comfortable and there was a TV available and coffee and water. It was really a pretty good experience compared to other dealerships. More

I admit, based on how I was formally treated under the old management/ownership and have been going to Boerne these past years instead, I was apprehensive about giving the new ownership/mgmt a chance. I will tell you, I wasn’t disappointed at all! I really can’t believe it after how awful the experience there used to be. So here is what I will say… if they ran you off like they did me with the former ownership/mgmt, consider giving them another chance. They used clear communication during the entire time… they were approachable and genuine. Ask for JJ Saenz. He is patient, calm and wants to actually help you as a customer. More
