I had an excellent experience with the service department, and I especially want to recognize Bennett for going above and beyond to help me. I originally thought I was going to have to pay out department, and I especially want to recognize Bennett for going above and beyond to help me. I originally thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket for my repair, but Bennett took the time to look into it and helped me get the repair covered under warranty. He also helped arrange a rental vehicle, which made the whole situation so much easier for me. Throughout the entire process, Bennett kept me informed and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. I really appreciate everything Bennett did for me and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you, Bennett, for making what could have been a stressful and expensive experience so much easier! More
