We found the exact vehicle we wanted online and were contacted by Alan. The vehicle hadn't arrived at the dealer yet and Alan kept us up to date on the progress. Once it was ready, Alan called and told us it was ready. Extremely happy with the service. Our RAV4 had a little glitch regarding the electric power steering malfunction warning. Our service contact was Alisa. She kept us informed every step of the way and made our service experience as pain-free as possible. While in the waiting area, I overheard several other people say that they will ONLY take their vehicles to Shottenkirk for service. You can add me to their number. Extremely happy with everyone at Shottenkirk. Also got a rental from Don and he was also very friendly and got us into a rental with no muss or fuss. Bottom line is that Shottenkirk IS our Toyota dealer of choice. More

I went in by appointment for an oil change and free tire rotation. The wait was a little longer than I was expecting, but I know it can be difficult to be exact with time. I had asked and was told about 1.5 rotation. The wait was a little longer than I was expecting, but I know it can be difficult to be exact with time. I had asked and was told about 1.5 hours wait time. It ended up being almost 2 hours. I was a little frustrated with the amount of time it took for them to get my car “unpinned” between vehicles so I could drive away. All in all, the experience was acceptable though. More
