POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE My car was taken their due to transmission issues that were covered under the manufactory warranty after having hoses fixed through my extended warran My car was taken their due to transmission issues that were covered under the manufactory warranty after having hoses fixed through my extended warranty at Car Max. After further review, the transmission just needed to have a TCM code updated. They updated the code and got my car back up and running. When I went to pick up my car the person working with me did not seem too customer friendly at first. I did not think much of it and proceeded to complete the transaction. Once my car was brought around front, I thanked the tech that brought it to me and got in my car. I then noticed my on star system light was red which it was not before. Then when I went to turn on my stereo, which I just had installed in February, it would not turn on. I did everything I could think of and I could not get it to work. It was working perfectly fine before I had my car serviced. I went back in to talk to Ken the person I dealt with, told him about the stereo and the on star issue, he then took my keys and checked out the car. He came back, handed me my keys, and then proceeded to tell me that my on star system was fine and my radio was fine and his words “I need to learn how to operate my vehicle." I was very upset and angered over his words. I took my keys and left. I explained my experience to Car Max who had my car taken to the dealership and suggested they don't keep doing business with this location as the customer service is horrible I will never go to this place again and will make sure all my friends and family know to never go here as well. More

Our sales person, Jamie Johnson was excellent in showing us all the features the vehicle had. She also assisted with the help of Natalie Erickson in advocating for us in price and in loan options. Natalie worked hard to come up with different loan options and percentages to make if more affordable. I would highly recommend Alan Webb Chevrolet and Jamie Johson. More

nice people, misunderstanding cleared up during test drive was told car had ACC and I could figure out how to use it by reading manual. When got home and read manual, car did NOT have ACC on during test drive was told car had ACC and I could figure out how to use it by reading manual. When got home and read manual, car did NOT have ACC on it..when contacted salesman about that, he told me it was my responsibility to know what features car had. Window sticker wasn't on car when we arrived, car had 40 miles on it and sticker in glove box we found after getting home, so didn't get to to over features. We turned in lease early and had 4 month lease forgiveness certificate we kept showing salesman and manager, but they continued to give no breakdown final price and finally we had to do the math and show them they didn't include payment forgiveness. They reluctantly redid the numbers and it felt awkward we had to ask for it. Overall, feeling of no trust with anyone except finance person Natalie, who helped up deal with sales folks.... But... did get call and genuine apology from Salesman, and offer to compensate for misunderstanding. this really helped change my mind. the staff were genuinely nice. More
