First brand new Chevy Marcus Santi was GREAT and friendly and patient. He took as much time as we needed and explained everything and answered all our questions. He definit Marcus Santi was GREAT and friendly and patient. He took as much time as we needed and explained everything and answered all our questions. He definitely went above and beyond and will be recommended to all friends and conworkers to go see him when they are looking for new vehicle. When things were taking longer than expected he came back many times to kee us updated and asked if we needed anything!!! When they were trying to get us financed we were told by Connor that they would only run our credit a total of theee times and that was definitely not the case as it was run several times. We explained they were not allowed to do that as we are in the process of buying a home in the next coming months and now it has negatively effected our process and we are having to wait another 30 days to proceed. However his kindness and generosity got us a full floored mat that we wanted. Natalie is very friendly. I feel like the signing of papers was extremely rushed and not much was explained. When it comes to our banking info we know very little about our bank and what they are going to do about our payments. I’ve bought cars and always walk out knowing exactly what’s going on and how it’s all going to work. Our first payment is quickly approaching and all I know is the amount they will be taking out of our acct. I don’t even know how to contact someone to ask questions about our loan. We called and had David help us with spraying a bed liner in our new truck all went great and we love it except we were charged $60 to have them remove the wind tunnel that no one told us we had to have removed before they could spray it in. Had we known we would have removed it to avoid the costly expense to have it removed for us. He was friendly and quick to respond to any questions and phone calls. We are looking forward to having our windows tinted through him! All together our experience was GREAT and beat our experience at Dick Hannah by a long shot. We will never go back to Dick hannah and I have already told so many friends and co workers to GO TO ALAN WEBB! Thank you More

Unhappy Again I have had the worst service experience with this dealership and if you can avoid them please do. First and foremost I bought a couple cars from them I have had the worst service experience with this dealership and if you can avoid them please do. First and foremost I bought a couple cars from them with no major trauma. And I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. Here are 2 instances that will not have me going back..... First we had a battery draw issue on our 2015 Camaro, it sat for 5 days and was dead. A new battery was purchased and installed at home and it still had an issue so we took it to the dealer to find the issue. They said they could not find the draw and suggested that if I am not going to drive the afore mentioned car to disconnect the battery. The same car where the battery that is located in the trunk and cannot be accessed without opening the door that requires battery power to drop the windows a bit in order to open the door. This is the same car that will sit for maybe a week at a time. I will NOT be doing that. Then they tell me there was an update with OnStar. Guess what? No more issue after the OnStar update was done. AND the car has not had a battery issue since. Fast forward to this weeks experience..... Took in our 2017 Chevy Colorado with a whine that sounds like an AC/power steering type of thing and an oil change. They did the oil change and said they could not hear the whine and I was told that "until it shows itself more" we can't help you with it......SO, if you can't plug your machine into the vehicle and have it tell you there is something wrong, your techs are clueless and cannot do some "hands on" research?? Drove it home and have listened to the same noise for a week. Took it to Carr GMC today and the service writer could hear the whine just pulling it into the service drive...BEFORE I even mentioned why I was there for service. What was the issue? A bad seal on the transfer case out put shaft....Oh and they fixed the vibrating hood that Alan Webb could not by adjusting the 6 hood stops correctly.....Seriously it's not rocket science get it together people..... Shout out to Carr GMC you now have my business. More

The dealer told me immediately what had happened, apologized and ordered replacement parts and arranged a loaner vehicle for my use while the repairs were being done to my car. Since I purchased the car, I have always taken it to the Alan Webb Chevy dealer to be serviced and I will continue to do so. The staff is very friendly and courteous. More
Pleasant experience The overall experience of buying our new 2500HD was great. Our salesman and all involved in person or on the phone were friendly and informative. My The overall experience of buying our new 2500HD was great. Our salesman and all involved in person or on the phone were friendly and informative. My only reason for not giving a perfect 5 star rating was I feel the detail cleanup for new car delivery could have been better. I would recommend Alan Webb Chevrolet. More

My mistake in trusting their reviews I was looking for a very low cost car for my son. I was hooked up with a new salesman here who found exactly the car that I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I know that at my price point, there would be things my mechanic would need to fix. What I didn't expect was that my mechanic would need to make the car road-safe. The on-staff mechanics had replaced the shocks, according to the salesman, and given it a full tune-up. Unfortunately, they had messed up the shocks by stripping the bolts holding them to the undercarriage plate, which meant that the rest drivers' side shock wasn't even attached. Additionally, the timing belt hasn't been touched, nor had the spark plugs. Since the car had 130k miles, this was an issue. There was oil all over the engine and spark plugs, which is a serious fire hazard. I want expecting a lot - and assumed that I'd be paying for some work - but seriously didn't expect to be paying almost the same amount in fridays to make the car road-safe as I did for the car in the coursey place. Keep your distance I just purchased a used car from them. At the time of purchase I thought the process was great, they were friendly and transparent. But of course, onc I just purchased a used car from them. At the time of purchase I thought the process was great, they were friendly and transparent. But of course, once you try and show them the junk they sold you all of the sudden every manager is gone on an extended lunch or vacation. Anyway, the soft top (2008 Wrangler) was improperly stored, causing mold to form in my rear cargo area. Which is no big deal, stuff happens, along with all of the other minor issues I've noticed in my short month of owning this. However, the clutch in my car was noticeably showing signs of wear within 100 miles of my purchase. Which again, not a huge deal, it's a used car. But. within a week of owning the car, the clutch was slipping, popping out of gear, grinding, the pedal audibly crunches on compression and depression, 2nd gear is noticeably mis-timed, and more. I have reached out to Bob my salesman to try and talk with a manager about this, but every time the "right person" to talk to is gone, busy, or on vacation. Now, before I've even made my first payment the car is nearly un-drivable. I plan on going there this weekend, and showing up out of the blue instead of trying to schedule a time to talk to someone. They also sold me a car with existing safety recalls that were not disclosed to me. Clearly, when I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealer, I was sorely mistaken. There's not a chance I will be referring anyone I know to this place, as there are far better, accountable, and more reliable dealerships within walking distance. More
