Hands Down Absolute Best Experience Ever!!!! We had been looking into buying a new car for a couple of weeks and had been to a couple of dealerships where we ended up spending to much time there We had been looking into buying a new car for a couple of weeks and had been to a couple of dealerships where we ended up spending to much time there then treated poorly and still had no new car. Then we spent 3 days at Dick Hannah and we're treated like crap for 3 days and decided we would try Allen Web and it was the best decision we ever made! Chandler was so awesome and quite honestly the best sales person we have ever encountered he wasn't pushy, he knew what he was talking about, he listened to what we wanted not just what he wanted to sell. The environment was great we could be ourselves and joke around and everyone was the same way it was actually a fun experience rather then dreadful as most car buying experiences are. Everyone all stayed past closing to finish our deal and not only that but Alex In the finance department went above and beyond to get us the absolute best deal he could possibly find he even kept working on it the day after we left with our new car and called us a day later with an even lower interest rate and all the warranties! If u need a new car Chandler and Alex are the men to see hands down!!!!! More

I spoke with their Desk Manager Keith and told him the exact truck (2015 Silverado Duramax 3500 HD) I was looking for, what I expected to receive for my trade and the interest rate I expected on my loan. After locating the vehicle that fit my criteria and showing me the figures that matched exactly what I asked for we shook hands and I was told I could pick up my vehicle the next day. I should mention I had been to three other Chevrolet dealerships in the Portland area the previous day who refused my offer. Instead I was told I would have to pay $4000 to $5000.00 more than I was offering to purchase the model I wished to own. I received a phone call in the next morning to tell me my vehicle was in route to Alan Webb Chevrolet and I could pick it up in a few hours. When I arrived at the dealership not only was my vehicle ready and exactly as advertised but Keith had also found a lower interest rate and an additional $500.00 dollar rebate to apply to my purchase. Worked with their sales representative Mike Woods, who patiently answered all questions and bent over backwards to meet price expectations and product availability. To meet my price and feature expectations, they went out to source the vehicle from another dealer and made it available at the price I sought. Finally, the closing process very simplified and there was no hard sale for extra accessories or extended warranty. Mike understood my needs and met them in a very professional manner. Very happy about my purchase and will be recommending Alan Webb to friends and family that might be interested in purchasing a Chevy. More

Horrible service and verbal agreement. I will never shop at Alan Webb Chevrolet again. My brother, dad, and I all bought cars from them within a month, and two of my other brothers and thei I will never shop at Alan Webb Chevrolet again. My brother, dad, and I all bought cars from them within a month, and two of my other brothers and their girlfriends were going to buy cars from them too. But they refuse to fix the car I bought from them. They verbally agreed to fix the gas gauge sensor, then dragged their feet, then refused, then told me they won't fix it because they didn't make any profit on it, then finally that my deal is gone since my financing is through my credit union. I told them I want the gas gauge sensor fixed because I can't know how much gas I have. And that, worst case scenario, I run out of gas on the side of the freeway. Shortly after I told them that, exactly that happened! I was stuck on the side of I-5 southbound on my way to work and had to wait over 3 hours for a tow truck. Later I found out that what I thought was running out of gas, that caused my car to die, turned out to be the battery cables weren't tightened all the way and it killed my battery. So I had to drop about $90 on a new battery. Also, randomly, my car will die seconds after turning the ignition and starting the car. It turns out I also need a new alternator. The rear brakes are also bad, and the rear axle is leaking. None of these problems they told me before I bought the car. And apparently their word is no good, because they went back on their verbal agreement to fix some of the problems, saying things like I said above, they didn't make any profit on the sale (I can't see how that's possible), and my deal is gone and not there any more (what in the world is that supposed to mean?). I, my 3 brothers and 2 of their girlfriends, and my dad all refuse to go back there. So their refusal to fix my car just lost them 3 repeat customers, and 2-4 new customers. And they still won't fix my car. I even reported them to Kohr Harlan and talk to the arbitrator in Seattle about the problem, so they know everything too. But still, nothing is being done by them. The one time they did agree to fix the air bag sensor on my car, I set an appointment to have that done, I told them the reason I couldn't make it in to the appointment was because I couldn't get my car started and running in the first place to bring it in to them to have the repair. All I got was an apology, and nothing more. More

Had so much fun buying a car! I know I needed a new car, but kept putting it off because I honestly don't like the car buying experience. Luckily, I was greeted by Chandler.
