We’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. However, we do want to clarify a few important facts for anyone reading your review. The vehicle in question was purchased pre-owned over a year ago, and at the time of purchase we worked hard to address your concerns and went above and beyond to earn your business, including paying for cosmetic wheel repairs prior to delivery. At the time, you were satisfied enough with the vehicle and the terms to move forward with the purchase. In addition, an extended service contract was offered and declined during the purchase process. That coverage would have assisted with repairs related to the A/C system concerns you are now referencing. We also want to clarify that the delay in licensing and registration after purchase was the result of unusually long processing times at the Oregon DMV during that period, which affected dealerships statewide and was outside of our control. We strive to be transparent and accommodating with every customer, and we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our team in this review.
