This place is a joke. Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than " Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than "someone will call you back" which they never do. Adam couldn't be reached and is the service manager for 2 weeks and his excuse was simply to busy. If I'm paying you to work on my vehicle I expect a call back within a day being reasonable. But no response in two weeks is ridiculous. They go out of there way to screw you out of warranty and ignore phone calls. Literally find anywhere to go besides this place if you want to save yourself a headache. And icing on the cake got my pickup back with new lights on my dash that were never there before and a nice scuffed tire. More

I have always received excellent service and this last time exceeded my expectations. The recall on my car was going to take longer that I was quoted. They provided me with transportation home so tha time exceeded my expectations. The recall on my car was going to take longer that I was quoted. They provided me with transportation home so that I could continue with my work day. I really appreciated the ride home and I was able to continue with the very busy work schedule. The current team of service advisors are doing a great job of taking care of their customers. The service level this time around was also great, no new scratches or scuffs on the interior.
