It became obvious that the staff members in his role during previous visits had not done what was required. Maintenance that my vehicle needed was not made clear to me previously, so my oil change because more of a recovery scenario than standard maintenance. He was able to show me what was identified, when I needed it done, how it would be done and explained that this maintenance record would stay in place for future review. He alone made the visit awesome, and secured my return when I initially thought I wouldn’t come back. More

He quickly found the color van we were looking for. We visited on a Friday and by the following Wednesday, we had our van. The van was not on the lot at the time and was brought to the dealership in a very timely manner. I appreciate the door opening and courtesy of Rubin and David as well. The whole process despite we paid cash took about 3 hours which I feel could have been expedited. Overall experience was good!!! More
