During my winter holiday from college, I scheduled to have the brakes replaced at Alan Webb. Much to my surprise they indicated I had plenty of life remaining on both my pads and rotors, therefor only charging me for an oil change and tire rotation. It was refreshing to have an auto service center be honest and not do unnecessary work on my car, especially being a college kid! Thank you Alan Webb for saving me $500+ during the Holidays! The customer service Alan Webb provides is impeccable. More

Though made appointment well in advance, was long, tedious process to get car in. When done, too busy to get basic vaccum and wash included, so driver mat dirtier than on arrival after service. Did receive call back from young man checking me in, was new, just learning system when came in. Experience almost pushing me to drive to where purchased in Wilsonville for services. Better experience. Seem to actually care about providing excellent service, even on older model low mileage car that is new to me. More

They did a great job Last time I brought my car in for an oil change they were very busy and I told them to hold my car back as long as they needed. Not only did they get my car through in a reasonable time, they cleaned my car inside and out. I was not expecting that awesomeness. Also: they are much better at dealing with customers in the service department than the sales department. When I bought my first Nissan I left feeling duped and ended up with a car I really didn't want because if the trickery they played. Needless to say I had a really bad taste in my mouth with Alan Webb. But thank god the service department has nothing to do with the sales department. They are slowly earning my respect back. long waits, tough to trust I only come here for my free oil changes that I negotiated with the purchase of my vehicle. A simple oil change has taken no less than 45 minutes, I only come here for my free oil changes that I negotiated with the purchase of my vehicle. A simple oil change has taken no less than 45 minutes, and as long as 1.5 hours, and that is WITH an appointment. Sometimes my vehicle isn't even pulled into a bay for 15-20 minutes after my appointment time. On one visit I was told my shocks were in bad condition and needed to be replaced. The VERY next visit they were miraculously up to par. The free car wash that comes with (not sure if it's still offered) is worth what you pay for it. Upon my initial purchase this shop did a "Certified Used Car Inspection". They overlooked a number of items (too few keys, uneven tire wear down to the wear bar, low fluids, worn wipers...), but marked everything within spec. They didn't even provide a pad thickness for the brakes despite the form having a location for it. My guess is everything was marked up to standard because I made a deal for the vehicle prior to it's inspection. There are signs up advertising "Express Lube, no appointment necessary", it's also advertised on their website. I was told by multiple people at this location that they in fact do not offer this service because they are too busy. I learned the hard way by driving a half hour for their "express" service only to be told it's not offered, make an appointment. By the way, what's with leaving the service number placard hanging from my windshield every time? To me that's garbage. How about removing it prior to releasing the vehicle back to the customer? On the plus side, the attendant is always friendly and courteous. I've been there often enough that they remember my name. More
