I had not bought a new car for 22 years and making the commitment was a bit worrisome. My sales rep was Justin Grant and he is top-notch. He recognized my trepidation and treated me in a way that established my trust, and he proved worthy of it all the way. I felt that this dealer didn't just want to make a sale...they wanted to create a positive customer relationship now and into the future. They showed me all about the car I wanted, took me for a test drive, and then it was time to determine how I could purchase the car. Some other Subaru dealers I talked with, made me feel I was unreasonable with the financing I wanted. At Subaru of Wakefield we talked for a while and settled on a price I could accept. They proved that they wanted to satisfy me. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who's looking for a new car. More

Walked us through various options, took us on a test drive, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I visited dealerships for other brands and hands down this was the best experience. I called around to find a good deal and in the end talked to John and got a great price on my ideal car. Could not have asked for a better experience. The entire dealership is friendly and accessible. I was impressed the entire way through. If you are looking for a subaru, this place should be at the top of your list. I recommend John, he was really awesome. More

The perfect car buying experience I had gone to the dealership just to window-shop but knew exactly which car I was interested it. I told Frank the car I wanted and he searched the inv I had gone to the dealership just to window-shop but knew exactly which car I was interested it. I told Frank the car I wanted and he searched the inventory and brought me to the exact car I wanted. Took it for a test drive and I ended up putting a deposit down for that exact car and was able to pick it up two days later. This is the second car in just a few months that we have bought from Frank due to our satisfaction of the service. More

Had no idea we could get into a new car by leasing - and he explained everything - the pros and cons - the options available - the types of cars available ( option levels ) and the costs. He took his time with us as we hammered out the details. He was very patient with us, got us coffee, we swapped some car stories. We went for a test drive, came back and discussed more options, then decided to just do it. I don't think we would have if it wasn't for Mike. A real down-to-earth guy, genuine and knowledgeable. And if we asked a question that he didn't have an answer to, he got us the answer right away. It was also nice to know we were being helped by Kenny Bettano - an old friend from whom we've purchased two vehicles from in the past. He recognized us after almost 20 years. More

"Extra step" service Needed a car for our newly-licensed teenage daughter. Decided a lease made the most sense, and completed a 36 month lease deal on a Subaru Crosstrek, Needed a car for our newly-licensed teenage daughter. Decided a lease made the most sense, and completed a 36 month lease deal on a Subaru Crosstrek, and intended to present the car as a surprise when the car was ready. Then our daughter mentioned in passing that she really didn't like the Crosstrek. Checked with the dealership on pre-owned Subaru Outbacks (which is what our daughter really wanted), and discovered they had one with low mileage, great condition, and the perfect color. Negated the lease deal with no problem and bought the Outback instead. Lots of work on both sides, but a win-win for us and, of course, the dealership. More
