I was greeted as soon as I entered the service area. I discussed why I was there and was told it would take 60-90 minutes as they were very busy. It only took 45 minutes which was great. I had a very difficult time making an appointment. I messaged with a chatbot (twice) that told me I would receive a phone call, left a message with a human who told me I’d receive a phone call and the I messaged with a chatbot (twice) that told me I would receive a phone call, left a message with a human who told me I’d receive a phone call and then left a voice mail asking for a return call. Never received a call back. I ended up making a general appt online to come in and discuss my needs. I understand that every company is running lean and bandwidth is an issue, but I don’t think I’ll be back. Customer service will never stop being important. I love my Subaru though! More
