The Ops Mgr. gentleman was helpful scheduling my appointment after explaining a little about the Service Dept. under the new ownership. Six years ago I purchased my Crosstrek here when it was Subaru of Wakefield. That service was consistently excellent! I decided to service have my '25 Outback served here, too. Curtis Bolduc was exceptionally helpful during check-in, during the service, and through completion. Also, provided, wiper blades, which was a nice surprise. I also made a small purchase in the parts department; apologies for not remembering his name, but he was also very helpful. Based on this experience, I will continue servicing my Outback here and recommend them. I would also consider them again when we replace our BMW X3 someday. - Thank you! More
