Maria in sales was very friendly and helpful finding a used Impreza for my youngest daughter. I also had a good sales experience with Kordell, when my son traded up to a new CrossTrek last year. Unfortunately the service department was not very professional when my daughter brought the Impreza back the very next day after picking it up. The USB port in the car was not working and they treated her like a kid. They told her to bring it in for service and asked her what she was available. She said anytime, so they offered her a 7am service slot. When she showed up at 7am and was told that the people who look at this kind of problem won't be in until later. "We only do oil changes at 7.00am" they told her!. They had the car all day and only managed to verify, what we already knew, and what Maria in Sales had also verified, that the USB port was broken. Service wanted to charge $100 deductible, even though car was new (to us) and has warranty Was finally fixed today and I assume sales covered the cost, because it was free of charge after we complained. Nice sales people. Terrible customer experience in service :-( More
