Al Was so incredible, helping us purchase a new Subaru after our VERY old one died unexpectedly and we weren't sure if we were even in a financial position to purchase a car. He worked out everything for us, got us the maximum value for our old car and was able to come up with a solution for us the same day and we took home the new car 24 hours later. He turned a transaction we were very nervous and stressed about and turned it into a GREAT experience. He even bought our baby animal crackers out of the vending machine and gave her a balloon. We couldn't be happier and we go back for service all the time. More

John showed me only cars in my desired budget and did not exceed my budget. I had been to other dealerships with a number in mind and they showed me cars way out of my budget which seemed like a total waste exceed my budget. I worked with Al to purchase a used car. Personally, I think this was a greater challenge from a sales perspective because Al was selling a product that he's not familiar with. I would definitely go back to Al, should I require another car, new or used. More
