The service at Subaru of Wakefield has always, always been excellent. Mike Rossie was the best, and Rich will be great. You always feel like there's a personal relationship with the service staff. That's been excellent. Mike Rossie was the best, and Rich will be great. You always feel like there's a personal relationship with the service staff. That's super important these days. That said, the dealership's pricing is at the high end (even compared to other dealerships). Of course, that's not the responsibility of the service team, but it makes it difficult to choose Subaru of Wakefield for all my service needs. However, I really appreciated the loaner vehicle for my recent major service. Big plus! More
