As is the case with most dealerships, they will have their hand planted firmly in your wallet from the moment you step foot onto their showroom until you sign the contract. In my case, Tony agreed to include taxes in my down payment, but when it came time to write up the financial paperwork, he suddenly had no recollection of the conversation.
The other thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was when Dave, the finance manager, called me the day after I bought my truck and informed me that I had to drive back because of a mistake that I had made when filling out the loan paperwork. Maybe it's just me but doesn't he get paid to make sure the paperwork is correct before the customer leaves?
This wouldn't have been so bad except that I live an hour and a half from the dealership and when I did drive back, it amounted to me scribbling over top of what I had already signed.
Also, I made an appointment ahead of time to see the vehicle but had to wait when I got to the dealership because one of the salesmen was driving it and had left it at home. Great coordination.
Overall, the staff I dealt with was very arrogant and sneaky and I would not recommend this dealership.
