My significant other and I were in need of a second vehicle. Residing in western Massachusetts, we researched available CX-5s throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. A note, I am not a fan of shopping for a vehicle given past experiences with pressure tactics. I am so pleased to share we experienced none of that at Alden Mazda (so refreshing!). We found several vehicles online that we were interested in and after speaking with Wayne, we drove 2 hours to look at them. Wayne answered every question we had before, during and after our test drive. After deciding to purchase one of the 3 we looked at, we worked with Wayne, Tony and Amy to finalize the deal. The entire experience was pleasant, stress-free and we are thrilled with our 2020 CX-5 GT. Our other vehicle is 8 years old and both Dave and I have already agreed, we'll head back to Alden when it's time to replace it. Wayne was fabulous to work with and his sense of humor was an added bonus! We'd happily give more than 5 stars. More

I bring it for servicing at Alden Mazda for the past 7 years. The workmanship and integrity of the staff are outstanding. Since then I have purchased 2 other Mazdas; Mazda 6 for my son and a Mazda 3 for my daughter. Both certified pre-owned vehicles in outstanding condition. The sales person was Chris and he took me through the process seamlessly. Amy was supportive through financing. Chris and Amy were sincere, friendly, and informative. Servicing is very important to me. I am busy and I want a solid relationship with servicing vehicles. We depend on our Mazdas for work and school. I can't say enough about the servicing department at Alden Mazda. Courtney is the best. Courtney and Joe always greet me with a smile, just professional, knowledgeable and honest. I bring the cars for oil changes,, etc. I feel like you pay for what you get and really their price is reasonable yet the service of my Mazdas is outstanding and most importantly reliable. I have no regrets at purchasing and servicing my Mazdas at Alden Mazda. I highly recommend!!! More

Just bought my SUV from here. No pressure, no bull...just honest, straight talk, from the moment you walk in, to the time you leave (which is not an all-day affair like at many other dealerships). Finalizing the deal and doing the paperwork was done very efficiently and professionally. You see how well both Tony and Amy work together in that process. The day I picked up the car, Andrew very patiently explained all the dash controls and car’s features, again very efficiently and professionally. If I could give them a higher rating, I would!
