Recently out of the blue conversation came up about a motorcycle dealership we were having an issue with and we both decided the only dealership that was never a headache or a hassle was Alden Mazda. Prompt efficient effective callbacks . Not going to boil you with the details but a couple issues I had to deal with not Alden Mazda or Mazda's fault cause a great Allen handled expertly even at 18 months after we signed the dotted line. They was still there in our corner doing their job just like they would be before you sign a deal. Seems like everyone else once you sign the dotted line couldn't give a care anymore and I see that across the board in numerous numerous purchases auto and motorcycle I'll never buy another car from another dealership More

Alden's prices are more than fair, and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with their customer care and vehicle care. Because of my experience with all of their departments, I have no qualms about sending friends and family interested in Mazda to their dealership and not having Alden make me put my foot in my mouth! Everyone comes back to me and says the same thing, what a great team and hassle free experience! I have purchased 2 new vehicles from them since 2017 and traded vehicles in as well. The experience was zero pressure, painless, and personal every time. Blake knows what he is doing and talking about and asks you what you need rather than trying to sell you things you dont.
