I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. What should have been a straightforward transaction was drawn out over several weeks due to repeated delays, poor communication, and mismanagement. What should have been a straightforward transaction was drawn out over several weeks due to repeated delays, poor communication, and mismanagement. The vehicle had been ordered months in advanced so its arrival was not a surprise. Despite that, the paperwork needed to complete the process was consistently delayed, despite multiple follow-ups. We were told multiple times that the documents should be ready soon, but this ended up dragging out for weeks. After the paperwork was finally completed, the dealership was still unable to meet the promised deadlines. To make matters worse, when they submitted the documents to the appropriate agency, they were rejected due to preventable errors. There were also inconsistencies regarding payment terms — we were initially told one thing, only to be given conflicting information later, causing unnecessary confusion. When asked about this, management tried to make excuses and put the blame elsewhere. There was no accountability for any of these issues even though they were well aware of them. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Reliable communication, attention to detail, and respect for the customer’s time, and delivering on their promises were all lacking.
