It was a great experience. Gregario and the team went out of their way to get us in the car we wanted. The overall service department is great. However, it is sometimes nearly impossible to reach someone by phone in the service dept at all. Other times, when I do reach someone, I get someone that doesn't h sometimes nearly impossible to reach someone by phone in the service dept at all. The people in the service dept. did a great job of fixing my problems. Roger Abbott is a very fine person and knows his job and vehicles. I have a Olsmobile Bravada SUV year 2002 with 149,000 miles plus an my problems. Roger Abbott is a very fine person and knows his job and vehicles. I have a Olsmobile Bravada SUV year 2002 with 149,000 miles plus and still looks new. I bought it from Kirby in Ventura January 2002. It is our pride and I keep it well taken care of. Always a great experience. My only suggestion would be to improve the "oil & lube" change wait time. It always takes nearly two hours just for an oil change. This is too long. This was my fourth vehicle I bought from Bunnin Auto and my experience was just amazing. Bill Canavan worked with me over the phone to find the right vehicle (I live in Phoenix). I knew what I wanted before going to the dealership and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Also I was able to trade in my previous vehicle with a complete payoff and arrange for the interest rate, warra was able to get the vehicle I wanted.
