I really appreciate the help of the Sales Professional Wesley and the Manager Basil. They were supper attentive, informative and exceeded my expectations. The car that I bought had two scratches on the fe Wesley and the Manager Basil. They were supper attentive, informative and exceeded my expectations. The car that I bought had two scratches on the fender and a couple on the bumper. After the first service, I was not happy with the scratches on the back and asked to have a refund or another complimentary service. I left my car again for another service. The car looked brand new. Wesley answered all my questions and was readily available to meet me and be flexible to my visits at the dealership. Basil was willing to negotiate price and they were both professional, friendly and put the customer first for sure. I definitely recommend this Alexandria Toyota and I would 100% do business with them again! More

I had a great experience with the service department. I have a 20-year-old Toyota Highlander that was purchased new at Alexandria Toyota. It was getting to be time for the timing belt service. I initiall I have a 20-year-old Toyota Highlander that was purchased new at Alexandria Toyota. It was getting to be time for the timing belt service. I initially consulted with Jenny Kirby on the service in June. She gave me her card and said, "call me directly when you want to bring it in and I will make sure the parts are here". I didn't make the call until August. Jenny checked and the parts were on the shelf. I dropped the car off the following week. Jenny got me a nice rental to use, and my car was finished a few hours later. Thanks Jenny and the Technician for the attention to detail on a comprehensive service. More
