His intelligence, communication skills, competence, and professionalism are unmatched! Jenny has been our most wonderful interface handling the appointments and communications. She is warm and accommodating, as well as efficient, quite a pleasure to deal with. When she is not available, her colleagues like Regina pick up the mantle and do a wonderful job. Last but not least, Eric has sold us numerous cars, and is the exact opposite of a car salesman. He is a consultant who listens to what we want and offers us multiple options, patiently explaining the pros and cons of each (every decision is a trade-off, there is no such thing as perfection!) He is so amazing to work with when we want to buy a car, that we refuse to even consider another brand. More
