New vehicle purchased I went to Jack Taylor Toyota to look at a Toyota Prius and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure salesman I worked with, Kevin, my wife and I h I went to Jack Taylor Toyota to look at a Toyota Prius and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure salesman I worked with, Kevin, my wife and I had just come from another dealership where the salesman was ignorant about the products and kept leaving the desk, had no computer and lacked in inventory, we finally were so disgusted that we left. Kevin was low pressure and knowledgeable! we left after driving our car home and finding it did not fit in our garage but Kevin suggested we rearrange things and after wards, two days later, we returned and everything was in order, we were happy with the car and had no trade, Kevin wrote up a price that was well below invoice, I had expected to have to ask for some discount but the car was well priced and with the rebate even lower than we expected! the bonus was that we were allowed to put the purchase on our credit card and then transfer our old tags. to reiterate, we were totally pleased and will return to this dealership looking for Kevin any time we or someone else needs a new vehicle. Lastly, George the general manager was also very welcoming to us. please understand that I am not an easy purchaser, and I always negotiate, and end up at the manager desk talking about prices, this time, the salesman put a price in front of me that I could not refuse. More
Been using Jack Taylor's service since before Rt 1 location I have bought several Toyotas and continue to use Jack Taylor's repair as a result of their excellent service. Simpy is outstanding and I almost always work with her. Have also had excellent service with Gerry. They are prompt, informative, and if something unexpected occurs, I know immediately, and the staff step up to make sure everything works for my convenience, such as getting a loaner car if necessary. I have occasionally used other repair places, but have always come back to Jack Taylor's shop. More

Horrible!!!!!! About a week ago, I went to Jack Taylor's toyota alexandria dealership for a routine service. I supposedly serviced the car for free since I had a "co About a week ago, I went to Jack Taylor's toyota alexandria dealership for a routine service. I supposedly serviced the car for free since I had a "complementary routine service" offered by Toyotacare, offered for a new toyota owners up until 25K miles. They handed me the service order invoice and I reviewed the invoice , and it showed that all the routine service , "including oil change have been done." A day after I left the dealership, shockingly, I noticed that the oil looked as dark as a soil, because they haven't changed it. I reviewed the complementary offer brochure and other print-outs I was given at the time I bought the car. It is explicitly stated in the printouts that "toyotacare will provide all the routine services up until 25K miles at no cost to you" The service schedule was also clearly stated as every 5k miles routine service including oil change. So, I went back to this dealership a week after and explained my concerns, particularly why they lied to me on the invoice stating that they changed the oil. But everyone I spoke from the attending reps/ Mohammed/ up to the supervisor/Chris/ kept throwing bogus informations that aren't consistent with the vehicle manual and toyotacare complimentary offer service schedule. They also have dishonored the complementary offer, so they asked me to pay for the oil change. They gave me a bunch of reasons that aren't explicitly stated on the complimentary offer to avoid any claims. This isn't just the first time I have been cheated with these guys. I also had horrible experiences at this location with my other car. But I just kept going there since it is too close to my home. The bottom line is, If you happen to come to this location ,ESPECIALLY with a foreign accent, seeking for service of any kind, you are on the WRONG place!!!! I would suggest you better think twice before you dump your valuable asset in to their hand. More

Simpy my servic I purchased my Highlander in 2009 from Carmax in Maryland. I've had all of my service performed at Jack Taylor Toyota in Alexandria. Simpy my service representative is awesome. She provides amazing service and I will not take my vehicle to anyone else at the dealership. The dealership has an area for me to telework while my car is being serviced. They have a two nice waiting areas, one with a television and another without (peace and quiet for reading). The cashier is open late so if you get off after work 5PM, you can still get your vehicle. If you are looking for a dealer that you can trust to service your vehicle... give Jack Taylor Toyota try. More

The service advisors are personable and they keep one apprised of any present or future concern a I have all my servicing done at Jack Taylor Toyota. The service advisors are personable and they keep one apprised of any present or future concern and the associated cost. Mr. Manriquez Rivera is especially good at this, and I try to schedule with him any work to be done. I own a Solara and a Tacoma; the Solara is 15-years old, and the Tacoma has 385,000 miles on it. These guys are good. The one drawback, if you wait on the premises for work to be completed, is the constant CNN feed on the television instead of a more popular news network. More
