I had a great experience with the service department. I have a 20-year-old Toyota Highlander that was purchased new at Alexandria Toyota. It was getting to be time for the timing belt service. I initiall I have a 20-year-old Toyota Highlander that was purchased new at Alexandria Toyota. It was getting to be time for the timing belt service. I initially consulted with Jenny Kirby on the service in June. She gave me her card and said, "call me directly when you want to bring it in and I will make sure the parts are here". I didn't make the call until August. Jenny checked and the parts were on the shelf. I dropped the car off the following week. Jenny got me a nice rental to use, and my car was finished a few hours later. Thanks Jenny and the Technician for the attention to detail on a comprehensive service. More
Reference: Maintenance Department: to date, they have provided great service in a timely manner! Now, in reference to the sales department: although I was not dealing with the sales department, while sitting in the waiting area, I over heard one Hispanic sales representative mocking the customer that he was speaking too on the phone with another Hispanic sales rep, stating words to the effect: “these hillbillies (in Spanish) are ignorant and boasting about taking advantage of them for all that they can get” because they were ignorant! Being of Hispanic decent, I found this very disturbing and unprofessional to say the least and so did my wife who is an Hispanic medical doctor! More
Our sales consultant, Marco T. , was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. He helped us identify a replacement lease vehicle. Just bought a 2025 RAV4 - Jim Brotherton was awesome. He listened to our needs. He is super knowledgeable and his suggestions were most helpful and on target with our wishes for a car. The actual process of buying the car was very smooth. Jim walked us through every step, introduced us to the great team at Alexandria Toyota involved in the process and together they left no loose ends. We have been service customers with Alexandria Toyota for many years and our service rep, Tom Cantrell is awesome as well. We were sorry to let go of our 1996 Corolla with only 380,000 miles, but look forward to many happy miles with our new RAV4. And Jim is so pleasant, we are going to ask him to play Santa at our next Christmas party :)!! More
