While most of my service work has consisted of routine factory recommended service, Mr. Sonnhalter has recommended against some of my plans to purchase additional preventative service I performed on my BMW's as just not needed on my Avalon. Further, he and Alexandria Toyota went well beyond what would normally be expected during a recent out of warranty repair. I have nothing but excellent marks for their help in obtaining factory support for the beyond warranty cost of parts to do the repair, and the dealership's offer to also absorb a significant portion of the labor cost of the reapir which the factory didn't cover. Nothing but graditude and the highest recommendations for their co-operative nature. I have sent friends to this service department and I definately recommend them to all. More
