I got straight answers from Kenny on invoice pricing and I believe I got a good deal on 2011 Prius. He also helped me after sale figure out how to use some high-tech gagetry. But that was because I thought I was buying 2010, then first 2011 appeared on lot day of sale and the .9% promo did not apply any more. I bought the longest maintenance and service plan, but I cannot say they pressured me to do so. I thought I would feel worse if I did not buy it and had a major problem in 7 years versus not really needing it at all. More

I went to Alexandria Toyota Scion to look at used and new Rav4 models. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Will; and after learning what I was looking for, Will took me through the inventory. After looking at the Rav4 models, I expressed interest in looking at the Tacoma. Will took me through the Takoma selection. When Will learned that the dealership did not have what I was interested in, he looked through other local inventories. After the whole process, I ended up purchasing the Takoma. I would exclusively recommend Alexandria Toyota Scion for those interested in purchasing a Toyota. I left feeling that Will did the best he could to find me the car that I wanted at a price I could afford. More
