Impressive internet sales manager, John McMillan has been extremely accomodating. John's excellent salesmanship, the dealership's competitive pricing, and top of the line Sienna's impressive new design and user friendliness including music streaming from iPhone, touch screen Navigation, Widescreen HD DVD, and the smooth driving test -- we bought the Sienna Limited w/ Premium package over Odessey Touring Elite. We visited Alexandria Toyota a few times before our final decision, we were made at ease and didn't feel obligated to anything but felt very much at ease when test driving any option we chose. We tried 3 different configurations/options of Sienna, from XLE with different options to Limited with AWD and FWD. We felt no pressure to make choice one way or another. We received VERY COMPETITIVE quote,which other dealers can't even come close to matching. Overall, we had the best car purchasing experience with John McMillan. He and manager Mike also made the trade-in very easy and fair -- they matched CarMax quote, which many dealers can't come close to. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I went to Jack Taylor's Toyota because of the good reviews it had on this website for sales and service. Jim Brotherton lived up to the high ratings I had read about. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. He was not pushy or high-pressured. We told him we were weighing an Avalon against a Lexus at another dealership. The Avalon at Jack Taylor had everything we needed, but the first asking price was not so far below the price of the Lexus; for a little more money we were leaning toward the more luxurious name. Jim got the point and worked out a good deal for us, one that made us happy. Before I left the dealership Jim also took me to the service department and introduced me to the service rep who has received numerous praiseworthy reviews on this website. A couple of days later, when I realized that I hadn't taken my Alexandria city tax decal from my trade-in I called Jim. He quickly found the car still on their lot, removed the decal for me, and had it waiting when I passed by to pick it up, en route to Alexandria City Hall to turn it in for a new one for the Avalon. He also had quick answers when I called with a couple of questions about features in the Avalon. Jim is a good representative for Jack Taylor's sales department. I'm expecting equally good treatment when I eventually go in for service. More

The car I purchased was a 7 year old used car that was new to their lot and certainly had signs of Washington DC driving. After I purchased the vehicle Louis personally went to work on touching up some of the scratches and dings, and had the service department fully detail the car. Their work was incredible. When I came back to pick it up, before me stood a completely different car; it looked new. I salute Louis and his team at Alexandria Toyota. Thanks for the great experience. More
