As Alexandria Toyota has won the prestigious "Presidential Award" for nearly 25 years in a row, I consider the staff (both service and sales) to be very competent. For about 5 years, Paul Sonnhalter has been my service advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very easy to communicate with. About two weeks ago, I took my car in (2002 Camry, 135,000 miles) for extensive maintenance. Paul needed it for nearly a week to make all the necessary repairs. Paul supplied me with a free rental car, gave me numerous discounts, and even had the interior of the car cleaned and the exterior washed and polished before I picked it up. My car looked and drove like a new car. I couldn't have asked for better service. Paul even gives out his own cell number if you have a problem contacting him. He is highly recommended. More
