Jenny has been my service rep over the years for my 2005 Prius and now my 2022 Prius. I always wait for my car and she keeps me up-to-date as to the time it will be ready. She always tells me what to expec Prius and now my 2022 Prius. I always wait for my car and she keeps me up-to-date as to the time it will be ready. She always tells me what to expect as she hears from the mechanic and then reviews the final read out so I can anticipate when my brakes, tires, etc. will need attention.
