I enjoyed dealing with Yared Manalebih, the sales manager. I never had trouble talking with him. If he was busy when I called, he quickly returned my call or replied by a text message. I bought the car with a buying service, but Yared always treated me well and didn't try to sell me any extras. He told me when the car arrived at the port and let me know when he expected it at the dealership. Once it arrived, Sam DeMissie took my information and helped me set up the car to drive away. Sam was very helpful, answered all my questions about the car, and installed the license plates when they came in a few days later. All in all, I had a very good experience with Alexandria Toyota. I purchased in 2021 A RAVA hybrid, and this month 2023 a new Prius @ Jack Taylor.Jim Brotherton was an excellent and very honest salesperson. No games. Before I went to Jack Taylor, I went to 2 other Toyot new Prius @ Jack Taylor.Jim Brotherton was an excellent and very honest salesperson. No games. Before I went to Jack Taylor, I went to 2 other Toyota dealers, in the area, shopping for comparisons. Both not interested at all, the worst of the 2 was Coleman. A woman buying a car alone…. not serious buyer for them I guess. I suggest Jack Taylor to anybody that wants to be treated properly, Jim Brotherton will be an excellent choice. More

RAVA4 Hybrid second oil change and maintenance under 35 minutes! The staff was quick, professional and a pleasure to work with. The place was super clean, everyone was polite and in a good mood. Do NOT buy a car from here if you are planning to register and tag it out of state. I asked multiple times throughout the buying process if they would be able to tag, title, and register my car in a register and tag it out of state. I asked multiple times throughout the buying process if they would be able to tag, title, and register my car in a different state and they assured me that they could. Alexandria Toyota touts themselves as "experts" registering cars outside of Virginia and the DMV area. 5 days after I bought the vehicle is when they actually tried to process the tag in the different state, and they realized it had to be done in person. NEVER ONCE did they actually check and see if they could register it throughout the buying process; when signing papers, after I put a deposit on the vehicle a week earlier, or even when paying taxes for the car. Now I have to take off time from work and drive across the country to register the vehicle in person, that would have been great to know from the "experts" before buying the car. What I thought was a straight-forward experience has turned into an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. What has made matters worse is that after they told me I had to register in person, they have shown ZERO SYMPATHY. Not even one apology for their mess-up, and it was me that had to SUGGEST TO THEM TO GET A REFUND for the services I paid for them to do but they could not. Let this story serve as an example that this dealership does not care about the customer at all, the only thing that matters is just getting them to purchase a car as fast as possible. More
