It took a little longer to make the reservation than I would have liked. It was easier when we just called in. it was a busy day, but everyone greeted me with kindness and humor. After a much shorter wait than I expected, I got my car back, being told that a brake job was absolutely not necessary at this time. Everything was great! Tom knows my car and me.
