Performed recall on catalytic converter, sent it home with broken exhaust flex pipe. We were then told if we wanted it fixed to take it to a muffler shop and given a phone number of the shop. Never cal with broken exhaust flex pipe. We were then told if we wanted it fixed to take it to a muffler shop and given a phone number of the shop. Never called or contacted us before we picked it up to explain there was an issue with the exhaust. Now I have a loud car with a hole in the exhaust pipe. Definitely worse than when i dropped it off.
