Was NOT pleased at all. .Feel like I was scammed..I was only supposed to be the co- signer & payments were under $400 But after I signed & when the contract was sent to Ally .Feel like I was scammed..I was only supposed to be the co- signer & payments were under $400 But after I signed & when the contract was sent to Ally everything was changed and now there isnt a salesman that we were dealing with and was told Nothing we can do More

I hate getting my oil changed there. It takes so long. I was scheduled for 7:30 the first one in the door and it took 2 1/2 hours. That’s ridiculous!! I had my oil changed tires rotated It takes so long. I was scheduled for 7:30 the first one in the door and it took 2 1/2 hours. That’s ridiculous!! I had my oil changed tires rotated some kind of module recall and the checked my turning signals. But come on 2 1/2 hours. If I hadn’t bought the service contract I wouldn’t go back. More

My frustration is that this service center never has courtesy vehicle. You have to call them for service updates. My service guy was very nice but this dealership service as a whole is trash. I was never told my rental car that I had to rent because the car bought from Chevy is absolute junk and had to be repaired for catastrophic engine failure.
