The salesman that we dealt with wouldn't listen to our requests. He kept showing us vehicles that wouldn't work for us or myself and my children couldn't fit in because of our heights. We were looking at a full size truck and he kept showing us the smallest trucks and the smallest SUVs. With heights ranging from 6'9" @ 40 years old to my youngest daughter at 5'0" @ 6 years old, we couldn't fit comfortably in them with absolutely no leg room. Everytime he showed us another vehicle it was always a big NO!! And then he would show us another small vehicle. I don't know if he was trying to be funny or just had absolutely 0 common sense!! The only person that would communicate with us was Steve. Don't even ask for Sam, which I think is the new car sales manager. He won't help you. They really enjoy trying to haggle customers into whatever they can because they don't take the initiative to literally listen to the customer. Like it or not, 99.99% of the time, The customers opinion is better than the salesman. If you tell them you're not interested, they run that sales pitch about how they're just trying to help. Help isn't what they're trying to do. Screwing the customer Is what they're trying to do. Whoever reads this, stay away and go somewhere else. You would have better options at a junkyard More

Every person I dealt with at this dealership lied to me. They were comfortable constantly lying, as though it was just another day. If you want to be treated with courtesy and respect, avoid Donny Sertain. Last week I was rear ended in a total loss in my 2024 Kona. I am trying to go back to college so I wanted to see my options for a lower payment. He showed me a 2023 Trax which I liked but it was smaller and didnt drive as smooth. I wanted to take time to think on it. When I said it felt small he said "Bro, you were driving a Kona," and had mean look in his face the whole time. (The kona cabin was way spacier) Then he tried to argue with me and belittle me before waving his hands down and walking away from me. I asked him if he was in an accident and he said no. Clearly, he has no idea what I am going through and doesn't give a. No sympathy. I can't imagine treating someone like this. More
