Never have I had a car salesman like JP he is awesome very professional!! I will be referring him to others, I would give 20 stars for him being such a big help. Initially was told that appointments were 3 weeks out, but could leave it and they would get to it sooner. 5 weeks later was told the had looked at it, and so I gave the ok to order the part and picked up but could leave it and they would get to it sooner. 5 weeks later was told the had looked at it, and so I gave the ok to order the part and picked up the car. Another week passed. No word, so I went in (couldn’t get anyone on the phone) and found out part hadn’t been ordered, service advisor was fired and they would get it ordered. Another week, another visit finally got it in and hopefully fixed. Don’t plan on going back. More
