Horrible communication. Did not show deal sheet to me until they put me with finance member after credit was ran. Vehicle was listed for 48k. They stated everything was “the same”. Once I got to sign papers I find out that they put the price of vehicle for 56k and there was nothing I can do about the price and they finance person apologized and said “they usually do that, they won’t show you deal sheet until they get you back here with me so I do apologize for that” basically stating they know what they’re doing to get you, so at the end it’s a actually a bind. But hey, as long as they’re getting paid they don’t care. More

They repaired everything! Everything was great, and because everything was working perfectly, I never opened up the hood. I had my TRX detailed at a local shop, and when I went to pick up my truck, and they showed me their work, because they also cleaned and detailed my engine, I saw that the insulation pad that is on the hood was torn, where they had to remove it, to fix what was wrong. I called them, and the guy I spoke with said: THOSE USUALLY ALWAYS TEAR! I was just taken aback when he said that, because this is a $90,000 dollar truck, and I expect professional service. He said to take it back to him so they could see it and see what they could do. I am not taking back, I have already ordered what they tore, I can buy and replace it myself, thank you very much! But the way the gentleman spoke to me, was not a professional way to speak to someone about what their experience was and how to go about fixing what they did. More
