i had my chevy tahoe there for 3 weeks almost for a radio,gps,all kinds of things wrong with it, the tech that worked on my tahoe is the man! what i appricated the most was tailor caro from service, she called me everyday to give me sit-rep. every time they had some information or a problem, i knew, she took care of the warranty part of it for me, even was willing to deliver my truck to my town. thank you tailor for working hard for us!!

"Total Incompetents! Worst people to try and fit anything!"

These people had our truck for 2 weeks and did nothing but reflash the engine warning light, and fixed a center console light, was lied to over and over by management saying they submitted warranty paperwork, which they didn't until getting the GM involved, that worked the first time, the second week realized they're all incompetent, not sure how anyone gets a vehicle fixed when no one does their jobs, I hate liars and incompetent management! The GM Mickie/ Dickie/Rickie or whoever then wanted to cop attitude because I let him know of the dealershipships lack of communication, lack of motivation to work, or get things fixed, AND especially their lack of communication to warranty companies! Will also be contacting, Ram, Chrysler, and Mopar with complaints due to their inability to get things resolved, we ended up leaving with an unfixed Truck in search of techs with knowledge and management with a backbone!

This is my third vehicle purchase from All American in five years. Their customer service is the primary reason. Our second vehicle was hand delivered to our door ninety miles away. We have had nothing but positive responses to any issues that have cropped up. We have had some issues that had nothing to do with them, such as an accident. They not only repaired the car, but were instrumental in accruing a rental and assisted us by returning it for us when our vehicle was repaired. A good portion of the courtesies that they provide are not required by any contract or agreement. I dropped the overall experience to good because of some minor details that we were not informed about. This is the first new vehicle purchase that did not come with floor mats. I would have purchased them on the spot if I had known about it. Minor disclosures do tend to happen. This by no means affects the way we feel about the experience. We are happy with the vehicle and the way we were treated. As long as we live in the west Texas area, our business will stay with All American.
